Our award-winning Argos, named after the loyal Homeric canine companion of Odysseus, is Bordeaux styled with the cream of the crop from vintage to vintage, and represents a selective blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. The wine ages 20 months in barrels, with 45% new French oak. This wine opens with Bing cherry and plum, and reveals notes of clove, anise, and honey. Firm tannins make this a good candidate for aging.
